Hypnosis is 100% safe. It taps into our natural mind states, you can rouse yourself from a hypnotic state at anytime. Hypnosis has been approved by the British Medical Council since 1955.
WILL I LOSE CONTROL AT ANY TIME?
No, you will always remain in complete control at all times. You will be in a heightened state of awareness and in control always. You can stop and come out of hypnosis whenever you wish.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
I provide a tailored approach to each of my clients. The amount of sessions you will need depends on your presenting issue and your progress. This can be further discussed in the initial consultation. As a general guide, most issues will take between 3 - 5 sessions for lasting positive changes to be made.
WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?
Hypnosis is very natural comfortable relaxed state, similar to the feeling you get when you fall asleep except you do not lose conscious awareness. It is a much deeper state of awareness, you are still able to hear and sense things going on. You will notice your breathing will slow down and your muscles become deeply relaxed.
CAN I BE INFLUENCED TO DO ANYTHING AGAINST MY WILL?
No. You are completely in control at all times. Your sensibilities are fully intact and you would automatically reject any suggestion that was inconsistent with your personal values and beliefs. Your subconscious will not let you do anything you don’t want to do.
DOES HYPNOTHERAPY REALLY WORK?
Research suggests that hypnosis is a powerful tool for self improvement. Please note that the effects of therapy may differ for different clients. No therapy can give you a 100% guarantee of a cure.
